FIREARM TRANSFERS

We offer transfers at a cost of $45 per firearm.

Any firearms being transfered must be a Massachusetts compliant handgun or legal long gun.

What does this mean? Handguns must be listed on the Massachusetts Approved Firearms Roster, as well as confirm to the Attorney Generals Regulations 940 CMR. The exemption here is if the gun was made prior to 10/21/1998. If this is the case then the first 2 restrictions do not apply. To confirm the date of manufacture, we will call the manufacturing company for an exact date.

Rifles and shotguns are a little different, and can be more confusing, but the firearms must comply with Chapter 180 Laws of 1998. The ultimate decision will be made by us, so please call before initiating any transfer.

PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR PICKUP, AS WE HAVE A LARGE VOLUME OF INCOMING FIREARMS AND IT TAKES TIME TO LOG THEM IN.
